Our Policy
In order to make sure your child succeeds, we update the parents on his/her progress at school. We will assign homework when it is age-appropriate or if we feel they are ready. We believe that when a child has the support and motivation from home, they carry that in the classroom.
Steps to Register with Kidzhaven Child Care Center
1. Schedule a tour online or give us a call at 818.767.2623
2. Submit your Application form and Registration Fee
3. Complete the Enrollment packet and sign the Admissions Agreement
4. Download and fill out the forms below
Parents must provide the following:
Child's Immunization Records ( A copy must be submitted along with the enrollment packet)
